We want to share an important update about KDR, P2A, Synergy, the Spin Wheel, staking, and what’s ahead for Kaidro.
First, we want to take a moment to recognize what we’ve built together. The Kaidro P2A experience has been an exciting part of the Kaidro journey, and over the past 25 months, we’ve seen members of the community participate and get involved in the creation of the experiences. We appreciate everyone who has taken part and helped make this chapter of Kaidro unique and memorable.
An Exciting Evolution for KDR
September 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM PST marks an important evolution point for Kaidro’s experience as we move into the next phase of Kaidro. At this time, we will complete the current P2A experience and wrap up the current phase of Synergy and the Spin Wheel, making way for what’s next. We will also be conducting the 3rd and final KDR airdrop of the initial distribution phase. Key Dates Final Airdrop Snapshot: August 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM (PST) Final Airdrop: September 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM
KDR Staking Update
As part of this evolution, the current KDR staking experience will be coming to a close September 4th 10:00 AM PST. After the transition: New stakes will no longer be available. Auto-restaking will be disabled. Existing stakes will remain available to unstake. Your staking history will remain available on the staking page. Existing active stakes will continue to display the Unstake button. Users will have until December 31st, 2026, 11:59 PM PST to unstake and claim their KDR. What Happens When You Unstake? Your Original KDR You will receive your originally staked KDR when you unstake. If Your Stake Is Claimable If your stake has reached its claimable time, you will receive your originally staked KDR plus the applicable KDR reward. If You Unstake Early If you unstake before your stake becomes claimable, you will receive only your originally staked KDR, without the staking reward. Pending Rewards Physical rewards are being sent out gradually as they are fulfilled. For pending NFT rewards, these will be converted to KDR. The conversion will be based on the KDR value as of September 4, 2026.
What This Means for KDR
This transition applies to the current Spinwheel, Staking, and Synergy experiences. It does not mean the end of KDR or Kaidro’s Web3 journey. KDR remains part of our long-term plans for expanding the Kaidro universe. KDR allocations will continue to be set aside for the community and will be distributed and utilized through future opportunities connected to the game and other Kaidro media. As Kaidro continues to evolve and grow, we want KDR to become part of experiences that fit naturally within the larger world we’re building. Kaidro Continues to Evolve and Grow While this transition marks an important change for the current Kaidro experiences, there is a lot happening across the Kaidro universe. We’re continuing development on Kaidro: Clan Battles, making progress on our upcoming hardcover books, and working with publishing partners as we expand the Kaidro universe. We’re also excited to continue sharing more through the Kaidro Creator’s Prism and our Creators Vlogs, giving the community a closer look at the people, ideas, and creative process behind Kaidro. Over the past few weeks, we’ve also shared several exciting milestones, including our ComicBook.com feature, Deadline coverage, San Diego Comic-Con highlights, behind-the-scenes Creators Vlogs, and the launch of Creator’s Prism featuring Ben Procter. These are all part of the bigger picture as we continue building and expanding the Kaidro universe together.
The Next Chapter of Kaidro
Kaidro has gone through many milestones, pivots, and periods of growth since we first began building it publicly in 2019. While some plans have evolved over time, our commitment to this world and to this community has remained the same. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey, whether you’ve been here since the beginning or joined us along the way. We’re still here. We’re still building. And we’re excited for what comes next for Kaidro.
